RMA has reached top charting positions on Beatport and Apple Music charts and has released on labels such as Axtone, Sirup and 2Dutch. His latest release was the hugely successful remix of Victor Porifidio’s ‘To My Heart’ so we caught up with RMA to find out more about the release.

What was your inspiration behind your Remix version of ‘To My Heart RMA’?
The main inspiration was the wonderful vocal in the track, so I decided to put perfectly fitting powerful beats beside it.

How do you usually approach creating a remix?
I always try to put my “RMA style” in the remixes, to keep it recognizable.

Sum up the remix for us in 3 words?
Powerful, passionate, motivating

How did you to come to be enlisted for remix duties?
The original version Victor Porfidio – To My Heart was already released in May 2020 by 2Dutch. Since I also had some very good releases with 2Dutch, the label asked if I could do an official remix for Victor Porfidio – To My Heart. Of course, I immediately agreed to make the remix!

Have you worked with Victor Porfidio before?
No, this was the first time! But I hope to work on more projects soon with Victor.

How has the initial reaction been?
It was exciting to work on such a new project, and I think this remix project is already a big success!

What is your favourite part of the track?
Absolutely the drop part!

Who would you love to see supporting ‘To My Heart RMA Remix’?
Some great support came already from Lucas and Steve, Maurice West, Renvo etc. I`d also love to see Tiesto, Oliver Heldens, Mahmut Orhan, Tchami supporting To My Heart RMA Remix
